Earlier this month we saw the LG Optimus L7, the pinnacle of the Korean manufacturer’s 2012 line, make its debut in Canada. LG Optimus L5 launches in Europe this month. The initial launches will be in the UK, Germany and France, LG says, followed by the CIS, Middle East and Asia. Central and South America will follow thereafter.
The LG Optimus L5 will be powered by an 800MHz processor and will come with a 5MP rear-facing camera with LED flash. It will be preinstalled with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and will come with support for NFC and HDRI, although its NFC capabilities may be omitted depending in which country the LG Optimus L5 is launched. It has 4GB of internal storage with a microSD card to supplant it. Powering it is a 1,500 mAh battery.
